Moni joined Valo in May 2019 as Chief Strategy Officer. She has 25 years of experience building companies through M&A and portfolio management, with a laser focus on value creation.

As a Partner at Innosight, (a firm co-founded by world-renowned disruptive innovation expert, Clay Christensen (HBS)), she advised CEO's on solving their hardest problems of retaining industry leadership. She spent four years with McKinsey as Senior Advisor to over 150 global CEO's and clients on their largest and most complex M&A transactions. Prior to McKinsey, Moni was Vice President of Corporate Development at IBM where she executed 125 acquisitions over a decade-long business transformation, doubling IBM’s market value.

Moni serves on the Board of Halozyme Therapeutics, and has served on the Boards of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Denver, US-Japan Council, and Biogen’s Advisory Board. She completed an MBA from the University of Denver, a B.S. from the University of Colorado, and Executive Programs at the Harvard Business School.
