Mark is responsible for all aspects of Valo's information technology and information security program. Having joined the company in 2022, he works across the company to implement new and maintain existing technologies to enable Valo employees to do their best work. Mark has over 25 years of experience developing, implementing, and integrating technology to meet business needs. He has successfully led and executed business and technology projects and built and implemented new technology platforms, quality assurance programs, and client service teams, as well as performed complex client implementations.

Before Valo, Mark was the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Clark Capital Management, was the Technology Program Director for SEI’s Investment Manager Services unit, where he implemented technologies to service asset managers, and held management consultant positions for KPMG and ARINC Research Inc.

Mark is a U.S. Army veteran who has served in the United States, Asia, and Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Chestnut Hill College, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from DeSales University, and a Master of Professional Studies in Data Analytics from Penn State University.
