Ron Hovsepian is currently serving as an Advisor to the CEO of Indigo Ag and as a member of its board of directors since 2019. He was president and chief executive officer of Indigo from September 2020 until January 2024. Prior to becoming Indigo's CEO, Ron was an Executive Partner at Flagship Pioneering. He served as president and chief executive officer of Intralinks from December 2011 to January 2017, until the sale of Intralinks to Synchronoss, and as president and chief executive officer of Novell from 2005 to 2011. Ron joined Novell in 2003 as executive vice president and president of worldwide field operations. Prior to his time at Novell, Ron spent from 2000 to 2003 in venture capital. He started his career at IBM and served in several executive positions over 16 years.

Ron has served as a member of the board of directors for ANSYS since 2012 and has served as the lead independent director for the company’s board since October 2014. Ron is also currently serving as chairman of the board for Skillsoft. Previously, he has served on several private company boards and also served as a member of the board of directors for ANN from 1998 to 2015. He was also non-executive chairman of ANN’s board of directors from 2005 to 2015.

Ron received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College and currently serves on the board of Regents at Boston College.
