Peggy Dalicandro is the Chief People Officer at Valo Health, where she leads the company’s global people strategy, shaping the systems, culture, and talent capabilities needed to support Valo’s continued growth and mission. She builds the framework to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce, ensuring employees have the opportunities and support to thrive and grow their careers.

She brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience, with a focus on scaling organizations, building high-impact teams, and supporting innovation across industries and geographies.

Prior to joining Valo, Peggy led talent strategy across five venture origination business units at Flagship Pioneering, partnering closely with leadership to build and scale teams in high-growth, science-driven environments. She previously held senior HR leadership roles at Oxford Biomedica Solutions, where she led the HR function, and at Alexion, AstraZeneca’s rare disease business, where she built and led the People & Culture team across the U.S. and Ireland. Earlier in her career, she served as the HR lead for Amazon’s Alexa Artificial Intelligence organization, driving talent strategy for its global Science and Engineering teams.

Peggy holds a B.S. in Movement Science from Westfield State University.
