Chad Holland joined Valo as Chief Commercial Officer in July 2023. Chad is a seasoned biotech executive with more than 20 years of experience as a life sciences company builder and operator. He is an expert in managing across various product and company stages, including product launches, alliance management, business development, sales and marketing and market access.

Chad was most recently Entrepreneur-in-Residence/Vice President of Entrepreneurship and Business Acceleration at Danaher Corporation. His experience spans across diverse companies such as Voyager Therapeutics, Enobia Pharma (acquired by Alexion), Synhale Therapeutics and Mylan, as well as Stryker, Medtronic and SC Johnson.

Chad holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and dual Masters degrees from the Harvard-MIT Biomedical Enterprise Program.
